[Drama CD] Digimon Original Story Special ~with~ is a CD-story made from 4 tracks with 4 different stories of 4 different Digimon season. The 3rd track is a short Digimon Tamers story, placed a day after the Message in the Packet. All the Tamers sent a message to their Digimon and are now meeting Ryo, who wanted to see them before he returns home to Kyushu.

[TAKATO and the others are walking on one side, while RYO walks up to them from the other.]
TAKATO: Ah! There’s Ryo-san!
HIROKAZU: Whoo, he looks even cooler than ever!
RUKI: More like he made a strange attempt at sex appeal with that outfit, except it doesn't really suit him at all.
RYO: Hey, guys!

Now that is savage!
What the hell is he wearing, I really want to know. It must be something wild if he got two people commenting on his looks.
Rika stays true to her character when expressing an unflattering opinion out loud. She recognizes the clothes he's wearing as potentially hot but claims they don't suit him (denying she likes what she sees would be true to her character as well). You have to love her for this mean comment.

The gang goes into a full Tamer-spirit, Rika can't take it and says she's going home.

RUKI: This is dumb. I'm going home now.
RYO: Huh? Ruki, aren't you going to stay to see me off?
RUKI: Why would I do that for you?!
RYO: [sighs] You're just not honest with yourself. [laughs]

Now that's definitely a comment I'd expect from the dub-Ryo! This is a whole new level of teasing - he's definitely flirting.
